In partnership with the Coca-Cola Company, Australian bottler Amatil engaged IBM iX to assist in the development a comprehensive e-commerce platform to help them evolve the resell and distribution of their bottling products internationally. The idea behind the delivery an e-commerce platform, was to replace the need for a representative having to engage large and small-scall retailers to place orders on their behalf.

The IBM iX team's primary goal in this effort, was to provide a robust template of layouts, patterns, GUI library, and a digital style guide, which could be entirely repackaged or re-skinned for use with other international bottlers, including The Coca-Cola Company. IBM iX would then provide a consultative partnership with various geographic IBM iX offices in order to train them on how to re-brand the library kit for use with local bottlers.
