As part of the Functional Furnishings rebranding effort, the company launched a website to keep the consumer connected. The company decided against an e-Commerce platform, due in part to a robust fulfillment process and challenges with lead-time for European product lines.
The website itself functioned as a typical microsite without the option to purchase products. The site was successful in providing product information, specification, fabric options, and the ability to save items into galleries, which could be accessed when engaging with sales associates of the store.
